We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. You will receive the same quality of service regardless of whether you exercise your privacy rights.
Right to Data Portability

SleepScorePro does not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (such as analytics providers), strictly subject to confidentiality obligations.
4. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Although we do not sell personal information, California law requires us to provide a mechanism for you to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of your CCPA rights, please submit a verifiable consumer request by:

Your request must include sufficient information for us to verify your identity and the nature of your request. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable consumer request. If we require more time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you of the reason and the extension period in writing.
We do not charge a fee for processing your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. We will notify you if we determine that a fee is required.
6. Authorised Agent
You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. To use an authorised agent, you must provide the agent with written permission to submit the request, and we may contact you directly to verify your identity. Authorised agent requests should be submitted to contact[at]sleepscorepro.com with documentation of the agent authorisation.
7. Shine the Light Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the "Shine the Light" law) permits California residents to request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. SleepScorePro does not disclose personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Therefore, this provision does not apply; however, we are happy to respond to any such enquiry by email at contact[at]sleepscorepro.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this California Privacy Rights page periodically. The date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of SleepScorePro after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
